Questions About Commercial Landscape Design & Build
-
Artistic Landscaping manages exterior improvement projects for HOAs and commercial properties, including seasonal planting and tropical packages, hardscape repairs to walls, walkways, and curbs, pool deck upgrades, and drainage improvements for problem areas in older communities. Every project is scoped with a detailed proposal covering pricing, timeline, and scope of work before anything begins. The same account management structure that governs maintenance contracts carries through enhancement projects, so clients work with a familiar team from planning through follow-up.
-
Work is scheduled and sequenced to minimize disruption to residents, guests, and staff, with an account manager coordinating timing around the property's daily operations. Crews are uniformed and CPR/First Aid certified, reflecting the professionalism expected on occupied community and commercial sites. Post-project check-ins confirm the finished work meets the property's needs before the project is closed out.
-
Artistic Landscaping takes on full commercial design-build projects and construction projects for properties that are not currently on a maintenance contract; this isn't limited to small enhancement work tied to an existing maintenance relationship. While maintenance clients benefit from working with a team that already knows their property, a new construction or design-build project doesn't require signing on to a maintenance agreement first. Properties interested in a standalone construction project are encouraged to schedule a site evaluation to discuss scope, timeline, and fit.
